Spectrum identified
a need for the seminars having seen an increase in the number of multi-generational
addition/renovations projects aimed at accommodating older parents or grandparents
into the family home. They’ve also seen
an increase in the number of renovation projects intended to make residences safer,
more functional and accessible for owners who wish to remain in their home as they
age, or at least as long as possible.
“Families come
to us with a project in mind, like an in-law suite, and they have questions
about financing and overall feasibility,” says Don Dyrness, President of Spectrum.
“We aim to provide a ‘one-stop shopping’

addition/renovation. So bringing
